About Keeper Home Buyers

Keeper Home Buyers buys houses in Wichita and the towns around it. We buy them as-is, renovate them, and rent them out long term. We own and manage rental houses across the Wichita area, and we buy more every year.

That’s where the name comes from. Most of the houses we buy, we keep.

What we buy

Most of our houses are older ranch houses, many built in the 1950s, with three bedrooms and one bath. That’s the kind of house that makes up a lot of Wichita. We also buy duplexes, small multifamily buildings, and the occasional house that needs everything.

What we aren’t

• We aren’t real estate agents. We buy for ourselves and don’t represent you. You’re welcome to have an agent or attorney look over our offer.
• We aren’t wholesalers. We don’t put your house under contract and then sell the contract to another investor. The company on your contract is the company that closes.
• We aren’t a franchise or an app. We buy in one area, and we own the houses we buy here.

Who buys your house

Keeper Home Buyers LLC, or a company affiliated with us, buys the house. The buyer is named in the purchase contract, and that company closes and pays you.
