We buy older houses all over Wichita
Most houses we buy in Wichita are older ranch houses in established neighborhoods. We buy them as-is, close at a local title company, and keep most of them as long-term rentals.

Houses we buy in Wichita
Wichita is where we buy the most. Many houses here went up during and after World War II, when the aircraft plants were hiring, and a lot of them are now 70 years old or more. They often still have original sewer lines, older wiring, and small kitchens and baths. Those are the houses we know best: we buy them, update them, and rent them out.
We buy across the city, including south and southeast Wichita, Planeview, the north end, west Wichita, the older neighborhoods around downtown, and unincorporated areas like Oaklawn.
We also buy:
- Duplexes and small multifamily buildings
- Houses with tenants, including tenants who are behind on rent
- Houses that have been sitting empty
- Houses with code violations or unfinished work

How it works
-
Tell us about the house
Fill out the form or call. We'll ask about the condition, who lives there, and when you'd like to be done.
-
We see the house
We set a time to walk through it with you or someone you trust. If it's rented, we work around the tenants.
-
You get a written offer
A price and a proposed closing date, in writing. There's no fee and no obligation. Take the time you need.
-
Close at a title company
A local title company handles the closing and pays you, as soon as two weeks once title is clear, or later if you need more time. Leave behind anything you don't want.
