Keeper Home Buyers LLC and its affiliates buy real estate for their own account. We aren’t licensed real estate agents, we don’t represent sellers, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. You’re encouraged to have an attorney or agent review any offer.
We may change this site and these terms at any time.

Text message terms

Program. Keeper Home Buyers offer updates. If you opt in on our website, we’ll send texts about your property, our offer, scheduling, and closing.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at offers@keeperhomebuyers.com or (316) 330-2888.

Consent. Agreeing to receive texts isn’t a condition of getting an offer or selling to us.
