This policy covers Keeper Home Buyers LLC (“we”, “us”) and this website, keeperhomebuyers.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and anything you write in the form, a text, an email, or a phone call.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, and the page you came from. We use it to block spam and to see which pages people use.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your property, evaluate it, make an offer, and close a purchase if you accept. We don’t use it for anything unrelated to your property.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to evaluate and buy your property: with the title company, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and the affiliated company named as buyer in a purchase contract. We also use service providers to deliver our email and text messages. They can use your information only to provide that service.

We don’t sell your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our business records. To ask us to delete it, email offers@keeperhomebuyers.com or call (316) 330-2888.
